Ed and Gloria Shipman have blessed us with their friendship since the day we opened. Like many of our guests, they have an amazing story and have allowed us to become ‘members of the farm’. Their love of support in our early days was incredibly inspirational to me. Gloria and Sylvia (Academy Chef) were such regular guests we allowed her to design her very own menu item, “Gloria’s Quesadilla”. Rio Mambo gives a $1 donation annually from each of our restaurants for every order sold!
